The Duratt® D20000 high-load dynamic test platform integrates a customized, high-performance, high-power linear motor and control system. It can achieve high-frequency dynamic excitation from static to 200Hz, with a maximum dynamic load of 18,000N and a maximum dynamic displacement of 80mm. It is widely applicable to dynamic mechanical property testing of various materials, components, or products, as well as high-performance static tension and compression testing.

Product Introduction

The Duratt® D20000 high-load dynamic test platform integrates a customized, high-performance, high-power linear motor and control system. It can achieve high-frequency dynamic excitation from static to 200Hz, with a maximum dynamic load of 18,000N and a maximum dynamic displacement of 80mm. It is widely applicable to dynamic mechanical property testing of various materials, components, or products, as well as high-performance static tension and compression testing.

The whole machine has a solid and reliable structure, exquisite workmanship, and the motor platform is integrated with a ball screw for safe and convenient lifting. The electrical design meets CE safety standards, the ergonomic design is optimized, and the software interface is simple and clear, making it easy to operate.

The D20000 host uses oil circulation to cool the high-power drive motor, ensuring long-term stable operation of the motor under high load conditions. The circulating cooling system has no internal joints in the control cabinet, ensuring no leakage inside the cabinet. It is cooled by external cooling oil and automatically starts and stops according to the system load rate. Typical test conditions of the cooling circulation system include tension, compression, three/four-point bending and torsion, frequency sweep, temperature sweep (optional), etc., and external test environment chambers such as salt water baths and high and low temperature chambers are optional.
