D4000

The Duratt® D4000 dynamic testing platform integrates customized high-performance linear motors and control systems, enabling high-frequency dynamic excitation from static to 200 Hz, with a dynamic load of 4200 N and a dynamic displacement of up to 65 mm. It is widely applicable to dynamic mechanical property testing of various materials and small components, as well as high-performance static tension and compression testing.

Product Introduction

The Duratt® D4000 dynamic testing platform integrates customized high-performance linear motors and control systems, enabling high-frequency dynamic excitation from static to 200 Hz, with a dynamic load of 4200 N and a dynamic displacement of up to 65 mm. It is widely applicable to dynamic mechanical property testing of various materials and small components, as well as high-performance static tension and compression testing.

The whole machine has a solid and reliable structure, exquisite workmanship, and the motor platform is integrated with a ball screw for lifting, which is safe and convenient. The electrical design meets all standards, the ergonomic design is optimized, and the software operation interface is simple and clear, easy to operate.

Combined with relevant DMA software, it can study the viscoelastic properties of viscoelastic materials such as polymer materials or composite materials, including glass transition, relaxation/creep, loss characteristics, etc.

Typical test conditions include tension, compression, three/four-point bending, torsion, frequency sweep, temperature sweep (optional), etc., and external test environment chambers such as salt water bath, high and low temperature chambers are optional.

Typical D4000 applications include:

  • Bone screw insertion and extraction/self-tapping performance test
  • Bone plate fatigue testing
  • Intervertebral disc fusion cage fatigue testing
  • Artificial joint fatigue/wear testing
  • Stent axial/bending/rotational fatigue testing
  • Study on the strength of natural/man-made fiber materials
  • Study on dynamic/static modulus of natural/man-made fiber materials
  • Wire dynamic characteristics/fatigue research
  • Research on ceramic materials and components
